Meet Rob Haley

Rob Haley is a lifelong Chico resident whose professional background blends real estate, construction, and investment experience. Growing up in the area, Rob built strong ties through sports, family, and community involvement, while gaining early exposure to small business ownership through his parents. These experiences shaped his practical, relationship-driven approach to work.

Rob attended Chico State, studying recreation with a minor in business. After college, he spent five years as a business and project manager for a commercial construction company, where he worked on tenant improvements, infill projects, and commercial buildings. During this time, he also flipped homes and built his own custom residence, gaining firsthand knowledge of construction, property evaluation, and long-term planning.

This hands-on experience led Rob to pursue real estate, earning his license in 2014. While his primary focus is residential real estate, he also works with commercial properties and investment opportunities. Chico’s strong rental market, supported by the university and steady demand, has made real estate a proven wealth-building tool for many, and Rob brings both market knowledge and personal experience as an investor to help clients navigate these opportunities.

Rob approaches real estate as a facilitation process rather than a sales role. His focus is on transparency, clear information, and thoughtful guidance so clients can make decisions that align with their goals. Rob intentionally operates without a team, ensuring that every client works directly with him throughout the entire process.

Outside of real estate, Rob remains actively involved in the local soccer community. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding and skiing, particularly in Tahoe, and traveling both domestically and internationally to experience new places and cultures.
